Districts Award 2018 NRCW Scholarships

The Natural Resources Conservation Workshop is a week-long workshop sponsored by several organizations including the Georgia Association of Conservation Districts (GACD), Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Society and the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. The workshop focuses on the value, protection and conservation of Georgia’s wildlife, soil, forestry and water resources. Each year students are given a comprehensive exam on the final day of the workshop and awarded scholarships range based on the sponsoring organization. Awards totaling over $17,000 were awarded to high school students in attendance to NRCW in June 2018. More information on NRCW HERE.
