Pollinators ensure full harvests and seed production for agricultural products and provide for healthy plants in our own parks and gardens. Join us for a full day of activities and demonstrations to learn all about Georgia’s pollinators and why we need pollinators for the foods we like to eat! GACD will partner with GPB, UGA Extension, Monarchs Across Georgia, and the City of College Park to host morning and afternoon events on March 19th for the Atlanta Science Festival. The morning event will feature kid-friendly science activities, crafts, and games, and the afternoon will include presentations on gardening and farming for pollinators. We hope to see you there!
