The Broad River Conservation District will be hosting a Poultry Composter Workshop at the Taylor Auditorium at Emmanuel College in Royston, GA. This event will cover nutrient management plans and composting, designs of composter facilities, and will include a roundtable discussion on poultry production. Growers from the Broad River District (Banks, Elbert, Franklin, Hart, Madison, Oglethorpe, and Wilkes) and Jackson County are specifically invited to this event.
